Current Schedule (Sept 2010):

From my home, I will continue offering private lessons, and small group sessions, by appointment only. 

Beginning mid-Sept/Oct, I will offer Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga workshops and classes at Grace-studio in Einsiedlerhof, or other workshops as requested. 

Curious about Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga but not sure it's for you? Come to one of the Intro to Ashtanga/Ashtanga Fundamentals sessions that will be offered this fall at Grace Studio.

PRIVATE & SMALL GROUP YOGA SESSIONS:
Ramstein, Deutschland: (in my home unless otherwise specified)

  • Basic Hatha Yoga (from Intro to Advanced)

  • Pre and Post Natal Yoga

  • Power and Ashtanga yoga (An intro to Ashtanga / Vinyasa, step by step or a more vigorous practice for advanced students).

Very small class size (from 1-4 students), hence individualized attention. Lessons are in my home just one minute from Ramstein village. Email me for specific location.

For classes in my home (Military):

Note: Price is per hour

Drop in: $8

Pack of 10: $70 (valid 3 months)

Non-Military Prices:

Drop in: 8 Euro/ hr

Pack of 10: 70 Euro (valid 3 months)

SPECIAL OVERSEAS RATES!

Local residents, and non-US military: Fee is in EURO and 1:1 w/ US dollar.  

  • $35/HOUR (5 for $150) 
  • FOR GROUPS OF 2:  $40/HOUR (5 FOR $175, 10 FOR $330)
  • Groups of 3+:  $10/person/per hour

An additional cost added depending on location of sessions, distance to your home.

 

   GIFT CERTIFICATES:
 $100 for 3 Private 1 hr Yoga lessons or 2 Private 1.5 hr lessons.
